It is with great sorrow that the family announces his passing in Sudbury on Monday, September 24th, 2018 at the age of 93 years. Son of the late Sam Melnyk and Julia Stanchuk. Loving brother of Marion Davidson, Ann Michasiw, Margret Mychaluk and Victoria Melnyk. Cherished uncle of Darlene, Lawrence, Wally, Laurie, Nestor, Robin and Angela. Sadly missed by many great-nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. In keeping with Michael’s wishes there will be no visitation or service. A family and friend’s gathering will be held at a later date. Cremation at the Cooperative Crematorium.
