RHÉAUME, Patrick

The family announces with great sorrow his passing in Sudbury, Wednesday, December 20th, 2017 at the age of 38 years. Cherished son of Estelle Rhéaume (née Leduc) and of the late Claude Rhéaume. Loving father of Danica and Caleb. Patrick will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. As per Patrick’s wishes there will be no visitation. A Mass of Christian burial to take place Thursday January 4th, 2018 at 11a.m. at St-Joseph Church, Chelmsford.
