JOHN, REGINALD –Reg passed away at the age of 71 years, on Friday January 10th, 2014 at Health Sciences North, ICU unit, with his loving family by his side. Reginald was the husband and soul mate of Lorraine (Chamberland) John of Sudbury. Loving father to his pride and joy Bernie John (wife Mary) of Fishers, Indiana and his daddy’s girl Stephanie John of Sudbury. Cherished grandfather to three amazing little boys who had a very special place in his heart, Bryston, Parker and Cooper. Loving son to Bernard and Gertrude John (both predeceased) of Glenwood NLFD. He will be sadly missed by many brothers and sisters in law, nieces and nephews. Reginald was a miner with Inco for 32 years and had a great deal of passion for his work. In his spare time, Reg had many passions in life such as singing, playing his guitar, country music and fishing. He had a great love for animals but none more than his dogs and cats. He loved spending time with his family and friends. Reginald was a very caring and loving man, who made friends everywhere he went. He will be sadly missed, never forgotten and always in our hearts. A special recognition to Dr. St-Martin, Dr. Chouinard, the staff at Pioneer Manor (Cedar and Scenic wings), as they provided him with the utmost care and we are truly grateful and appreciative for all your hard work, dedication and compassion. We would also like to thank the Staff at Health Sciences North in both the ER and ICU units, especially Dr. Sauvé for trying so hard.
