The family announces with great sorrow his passing in Sudbury on Sunday, June 8th, 2014 at the age of 91 years. Beloved husband of 64 years of Rosa Maria “Rosina” (née Galante) Zannier of Sudbury. Son of the late Pietro and of the late Rosa (née Zannier) Zannier. Loving father of Jean-Paul (Patricia), Robert (Linda), Yvette Lavoie (Omer) and Pierre (Diane). Dear brother of Mario (late Ellia). Sadly missed by his grandchildren Lianne, Roxanne, Daniel, Jean-Marc, Nathalie, Marie-Lynne, Nicholas, Alex and his great-grandchildren Shaye-Lynn, Liam, Chloe, Caiden, Abby, Baily, Brody, Camille and Matteo. He will be remembered for his love and dedication to his family and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd Sudbury, on Tuesday, June 10th, 2014 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 11 a.m. at L’Annonciation Church, Sudbury. Donations (by cheque only) to the Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
