It is with great regret that the family announces her passing in Sudbury on December 6th, 2012 at the age of 78 years. Beloved wife of Fred Zippel of Sudbury. Daughter of the late Lorenz and late Aloisia (née Markowicz) Essler. Loving mother of Carol Zippel. Dear sister of Erika Mutzbauer and Hanny Schulthiess both of Germany. Predeceased by her sister Maria Gudelevicius. In keeping with Trudy’s wishes, there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held January 5th, 2012 at 1 p.m. in the Finlandia Hoivakoti Nursing Home Chapel. Donations (by cheque only) to the Northern Cancer Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
