The family announces with sorrow his passing on Tuesday, May 7th, 2013 at the age of 49 years. Beloved son of Ernest and Anne (née Steele) of Hanmer. Loving brother to Eugene Viau (Danielle), Debbie (Gerry Foucault), Angie Viau and Sheri (Bill Wainio), he will also be missed by his friend Suzanne Cairns. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 4570 St-Joseph St, Hanmer on Thursday, May 9th, 2013 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 8:30 p.m. A memorial service with follow at 8:30 p.m. Donations (by cheque only) to the Northern Cancer Foundation or to the Ontario Wildlife Foundation.
