The family announces with sorrow his passing in Chelmsford on Wednesday, May 15th, 2013 at the age of 92 years. Beloved husband of Desneiges Quenneville (née Larcher) of Chelmsford formerly of Azilda, with who he was looking forward to celebrating their 69th year of marriage. Son of the late Wilfrid and the late Justine (née Piquette) Quenneville. Loving father of Colette Miron (late Guy), Jocelyne Sullivan (Brien), Madeleine Brisson (late Michel) and Richard (Pierrette) all of Azilda, Maurice (Louise) of Chelmsford and André (Gracie) of Toronto. Predeceased by his son Michel (Rose of Azilda). Dear brother of Laurette Ramsey of B.C. Predeceased by his siblings René, Isidore, Léo, Béatrice, Ernest, Alice, Rita, Ovila, Oliva and Flore. Cherished grandfather of 12 and great-grandfather of 10. He was an avid fisherman and loved camping with his family. Eugène was an honorary member and a founder of the Club accueil âge d’or of Azilda. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 4691 R.R. 15, Chelmsford on Thursday, May 16th, 2013 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9:30p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday at 11 a.m. at Ste-Agnès Church, Azilda. Donations by cheque only to the Maison Vale Hospice would be appreciated.
