The family announces with great sorrow his passing in Sudbury on Tuesday, May 13th, 2014 at the age of 75 years. Beloved husband of Pauline (née Fortin) Woods of Chelmsford. Son of the late Charles Woods and of the late Alphéda (née McGrath) Jean. Loving father of Réjeanne Fountoukis (late George) of Greece, Francine Woods (François Saumure) and Diane Woods (Keith Granger) both of North Bay, Linda Comeau (Denis) and Donald Woods both of Chelmsford. Dear brother of Rose-Lynn (Firmin), Noëlla (Théodore), Noël, Gilles, Ronald and Jean-Paul. Predeceased by his siblings Alvina (late Marcel) and Doris. Cherished grandfather of Dimitra, Christina, David, Megan (Jerome), Danika and great-grandfather of Elli. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 4691 RR 15, Chelmsford on Friday, May 16th, 2014 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 11 a.m. at Paroisse St-Joseph, Chelmsford. As expressions of sympathy, donations (by cheque only) to the Canadian Diabetes Association or to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated.
