The family announces with great sorrow his passing at his residence, Thursday, February 25, 2016 at the age of 53 years. Beloved son of Colette (née Desjardins) Roy-Pepin and of the late Fern Roy. Loving father of Mylaine and Zachary, and proud grandfather of Samuel “Sam”. Sadly missed by his sister Suzanne “Susie” Roy (Bob Burke) and his niece Jessie. Gilles, a.k.a. “Guitar man”, will be fondly remembered by numerous family members and friends. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated , Saturday, June 25, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at Ste-Anne-des-Pins Church, Sudbury.
