Peacefully passed away at Pioneer Manor on Sunday, April 3rd, 2016 at the age of 89 years. Daughter of the late Fred and late Laura Cormier. Predeceased by her husband Marcel Maillet in 1997. Loving mother of Murielle Jacques (Jean-Yves) and Donald Maillet. Cherished grandmother of Michel Maillet (Michaeline) and Ashley Farquharson (Tyler). Great-grandmother of Makaylie, Merik and Kash. Predeceased by her brother Gérald Cormier (Aline). A special thank you to the wonderful staff at Pioneer Manor who took great care of Evangeline during her long stay. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Cooperative Funeral Home, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury on Thursday, April 7th, 2016 from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. followed by a service in the Chapel at 10:30 a.m. Donations can be made by cheque or online to the Alzheimer Society. www.cooperativefuneralhome.ca
