It is with great sorrow that the family announces her passing in Sudbury on Friday, June 10th, 2016 at the age of 97 years. Predeceased by her parents Ernie and Lorraine (née Perreault) Lauzon. Beloved wife of the late Clifford. Loving Mother to Ronald (Sue) the late Gerald (late Jocelyne, survived by Fu-Wey) and Lorraine Currie. Predeceased by her brothers Hector Lauzon, Wilfrid Lauzon, Laurence Lauzon and Eddy Lauzon. Loving Grandmother to Lynn, Lorraine, Joyelle (Kimberly), Dale, the late Richard, the late Michelle, Keir, Jennifer, Derek, the late Jody, Lise, Nikki, Marc and Misty. She also leaves behind many, many Great Grandchildren and Great, Great Grandchildren. Jeanette worked for Snow White Bakery for many years. She will be remembered for her “joy de vivre”, her love of dancing, her famous pies and especially for her love and devotion to her family. The Family wishes to extend a heartfelt thanks to the staff at Pioneer Manor, especially the Nurses who went above and beyond. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Cooperative Funeral Home, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury on Tuesday, June 14th, 2016 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 15th, 2016 at 10 a.m. in the funeral home Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made by cheque or online to the Maison Vale Hospice.
