The family announces with great sorrow his sudden passing in Sudbury, Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at the age of 36 years. Beloved husband of Denise (née Dumont) Chamberland of Val Caron. Son of Bernard and Claudia (née Luetge) Chamberland. Cherished father of Paige, Reaghan and Reid. Dear brother of Chantal Koskela (Erik) and Bernie Jr. (Julie Dancause). Loving uncle of Maya (predeceased), Mattea, Lukas, Alexis, Cruz, Hunter and Mackenzie. Sadly missed by his extended family and his many relatives and friends. Joey had many hobbies such as fishing, hunting, camping, cooking and coaching his daughters Ringette team. He was a very dedicated Respiratory Therapist at Health Sciences North who took great pride in his work. The family would like to thank all the staff at Health Sciences North for the care and support provided to Joe and his family. A private gathering for family and close friends will be held at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury. All are welcome to come celebrate Joe’s life Sunday, June, 26, 2016 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Steelworkers Union Hall, 66 Brady St, Sudbury. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made by cheque to The Joe Chamberland Trust Fund.
