In loving memory of Roger Saucier who peacefully passed away, Monday, July 18, 2016 at the age of 79 years at Health Sciences North, Sudbury. Beloved husband of Mary Rose (née Jacko), father of Michelle, Michael (Nerissa) and Robert. Cherished grandfather of Dylan, Cheyenne, Shelby and grand-dog Misha. Loving son of Aldège and Irène Saucier (both predeceased). Dear brother of Jeannette Lalonde, Leona Brunet, Gerald Saucier (all predeceased). Roger will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews all of Cornwall, family and friends. Roger was born on November 18, 1936 in Cornwall, ON. He enjoyed camping, fishing, was so proud of his motorhome and always looked forward to trips. He was an avid bird lover; he would feed the birds, squirrels and chipmunks. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury, Friday, July 22, 2016 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9:30 p.m. and Saturday, July 23, 2016 from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Mass of Christian burial be celebrated Saturday at 11:30 a.m. at Holy Redeemer Church, Sudbury followed by the interment at Civic Memorial Cemetery, Sudbury.
