The family announces with great sorrow his passing in Sudbury, on August 1st, 2016 at the age of 69 years. Beloved husband of Jeannette (née Poirier) Pilon. Dear friend of Barb Sandy. Son of the late Hormidas and late Germaine (née Larocque) Pilon. Survived by his siblings Lucien Pilon (Annette), Paulette St-Jean (Marcel), Janet Boczek (Tony), and Louise Cholette (Chris). Predeceased by his siblings Gérald Pilon (Lise), and Léo Pilon. Precious father of Marc Pilon (Yvonne Vincent), and Angèle Pilon (Martin Lessard). Grandfather of Sylvie Pilon (Brock Watson), Emilie Pilon, Josée Bélanger (Vincent), and Martin Lessard Jr. Great-grandfather of Brayden Watson. Also remembered by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Sadly missed by his mother-in-law Laura Poirier. Predeceased by his father-in-law Lucien Poirier. Brother-in-law of the late Lucienne Larocque (late Claude), Aline Poirier (Marcelin), Monique Mainville (Jules), Arthur Poirier (Brigitte), Marcel Poirier, and Gérald Poirier. Forever loved and forever in our hearts. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 4691 RR 15, Chelmsford, Wednesday, August 3rd, 2016 from 7 p.m to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Thursday, August 4th, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at St-Joseph Church, Chelmsford.
