The family announces with great sorrow the passing of Eugène Rousseau at Health Sciences North on Saturday, September 3rd 2016 at the age of 87 years. Beloved husband of Patricia Rousseau (née Gervais) of Matachewan. Predeceased by his brother Isaac Rousseau (Emélienne). Loving father of late Albert (late Linda), Richard Rousseau (Carole) of Azilda, Denise Farmer (André) of Chelmsford, Carole Rousseau (friend Sylvie) of Rouyn Noranda and Mona Brideau (Barry) of Chelmsford. Proud pépère to his 9 grandchildren, Alain, Marc, Kate, Eric, Michel, Kayla, Melissa, Kyle and Teanna. Great-pépère to 7 great-grandchildren, Jayden, Jax, Ryley, Kara-Lee, Elodie, Sofie and Emilie. He will also be greatly missed by extended family and friends. Eugène’s love for his family and the outdoors (fishing and hunting) was an inspiration to us all to live our life to the fullest. A memorial mass will be held Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel, at the Cooperative Funeral Home, 4691, R R 15, Chelmsford.
