It is with deep sorrow that the family announces his passing in Chelmsford on Tuesday, September 27th, 2016 at the age of 62 years. Son of Madeleine (née Paquin) Plouffe and the late Jean-Léopold Plouffe. Loving father of Tania (Jean-Charles), Joey, Jesse (Tammy) and stepfather of Melanie. Predeceased by his stepson Kevin. Dear bother of Marie-Claude, Marie-France, Danielle and Carole. Predeceased by his brother Mario. Beloved grandfather of Jean-Sébastien, Jérémy, Oliver and Kaylee. Sadly missed by his special friend Sue Sharkey, many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held in the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME Chapel, 4691 R.R. 15, Chelmsford, ON, Saturday, October 1st, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. Family and friends are welcome to join the family prior to the service after 10:30 a.m. Donations can be made by cheque or online to the Northern Cancer Foundation.
