The family announces with great sorrow her passing in Sudbury, Friday, January 13th, 2017 at the age of 89 years. Wife of the late Ivan Stark. Daughter of the late Aldei Lavoie and the late Leona (née Proulx) Lavoie. Beloved mother of Larry (Joanne) Satrk, Linda Stark-Major and Robert (Penny) Stark. Dear sister of Denis (Pierette) Lavoie and Jackie Powers. Predeceased by 11 sibblings. Yvette will be missed by her 10 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren. Yvette will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. At Yvette’s request there will be no visitation, a memorial service to take place in Timmins at a later date. Donations can be made by cheque to Save the Children Canada.
