The family announces with great sorrow her passing in Sudbury, Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at the age of 84 years. Rita was the daughter of the late Gabrielle and the late Albert Houle. She was the wife of the late Alcide Arseneault. Loving mother of André (Heather) and sister of Alberte Robert and Fernand Houle. Predeceased by her siblings Lina Moncion, Emile Houle, Aurele Houle, Edgar Houle, Laurette Tremblay, Carmel Houle, Delia Coutu, Thérèse Frappier and Leo Houle. A huge thank you to Liliane. You have always been special to mom and a sister to André and Heather. We love you. The family sends a special thank you to the staff at Extendicare York for the love and care you gave to mom and family.
