It is with heavy hearts, that the family announces her passing in Sudbury, Friday, May 12, 2017 at the age of 97 years. Wife of the late Eugène Beausoleil. Daughter of the late Edmond and the late Malvina (née Piette) Forest. Loving mother of André, Eugène (France), Maurice, Lorraine, Raymonde (Roland), Marcel (Yvette), Marc (Jacqueline), Nicole, Robert (Joy-Ann), Michel (Janis) and Claire (Robert). Dear sister of Wallace, Claude, Etienne, Marcella, Colette and Angèle. Predeceased by her siblings Marie, Rolland, Anne-Marie, Fr. Fernand, Aimé and Gérard. Cherished grandmother of 24, great-grandmother of 36 and great-great-grandmother of 7. Rolande had strong faith and always put her family first. She was an exceptional cook and loved knitting and flowers. The family expresses their sincere appreciation to the nurses and staff at Pioneer Manor (Lilac) and Health Sciences North on the 8th floor north tower for their kind and compassionate care. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury, Monday, May 15, 2017 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9:30 p.m. Celebration of the Word will take place Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at Ste-Anne-des-Pins Church, Sudbury.
