The family announces with great sorrow her passing in Elliot Lake, Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at the age of 81 years. Wife of the late Roger Antonio Pinard. Daughter of the late Edison and the late Clara (née Matheson) Turner. Loving mother of Yvonne Gilchrist-Pinard of Sudbury, Linda Frenette (Josh) of Val Caron and Roland “Bucky” (Cindy) of Elliot Lake. Predeceased by her daughter Joanne Blaseg. Dear sister of Elsie Glintz of Nova Scotia. Predeceased by her siblings Curtis Turner (late Arlene), Elaine Murre, Sylvain Turner, Lambert Turner and Paul Turner (Erma of Beamsville). Cherished grandmother of Sherry-Lynn, Celina-Jean, Chantal, Natalie, Brent, Murray, Kristie and great-grandmother to many. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury, Wednesday, December 20, 2017 from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
