The family announces with sorrow, his passing away in Sudbury, on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at the age of 82 years. Son of the late Joseph McGuire and Julia McGuire. Predeceased by his beloved wife Christena McGuire (Barnett). Loving father of five daughters, Carolyn Dobbin, Patrica McGuire, Sherry McGuire-Picard (husband Yvon Picard), Sonia McGuire and Bonnie Joannise. He will be sadly missed by 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. He will also be missed by his brothers and sisters, in-laws and many nieces and nephews. In God we trust to take care of our Father till we all meet in Heaven. In keeping with George’s wishes there will be no visitation or service.
