It is with great sorrow that the family announces his peaceful passing in Sudbury on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at the age of 89 years. Son of the late Ovide and Marie Anne (née Côté) Trépanier. Beloved husband of 65 years to Yvonne (née Laframboise) Trépanier. Loving father of Elise Trépanier, John Trépanier (late Debbie), Guy Trépanier and Jacques Trépanier (Connie). Cherished grandfather of Alain, Sylvie (Anton), Julie, Angie (Tyson), Amy (Patrick), Ashley (Kevin), James and Henry. Great-grandfather of Izabella, Jacob, Carmen, Zoë, Jace, Benjamin, Quinn and Karah. Dear brother of Raymond (Lucette), Hector (Marcelle), Laurent (Madone), Yvette (Gilles), Colette (Marius), Lucien (Jocelyne). Predeceased by his siblings Valmont (late Éliane), Sylvio and Edmond. Sadly missed by many cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. In keeping with Yvon’s wishes there will be no visitation. A memorial mass will be celebrated on Monday, July 23rd, 2018 at 11 a.m. at St-Joseph Church, Chelmsford. The family wishes to express a special thank you to the staff of the 5th and 6th floors at Extendicare York for their care and compassion.
